Coming Fall 2026 · iOS & Android

For the ones who make things happen.

The achievers. The givers. The people others count on.

You may be holding it all together and still longing for a little more space — to catch your breath, clear your head, and reconnect with what matters most. Not because you're broken or need fixing. Because even a meaningful life can become crowded with doing.

Cue offers a place to pause — and a clear path forward.

Without turning your inner life into a self-improvement project.

Begin with a breath. Build a daily practice. And discover how mindfulness can shape the way you meet stress, joy, uncertainty, change — and the thousand ordinary moments in between.

What is Cue?

A cue is a moment something asks for your attention.

The first cue comes from life: a stressful reaction, a tightness in the body, or a moment of joy you almost missed.

Then comes the second cue — the one you choose: a pause, a breath, a little self-compassion.

Cue is a guided mindfulness path built around these everyday moments. Rather than asking you to scroll through an endless library of meditations, it offers a clear place to begin and a practice that unfolds step by step.

We're not practicing to escape life. We're practicing to live it more fully.

A note from Amy

I built Cue because I wanted to share how meditation can support the fullness of life — not just the time we spend on the cushion. Marriage, parenting, running a business, changing direction, beginning again.

When I began, it felt a little like a game of hide-and-seek: finding practices, reading books, and trying things out. What I eventually found was a path that helped me understand the teachings, make the practices my own, and bring it all into everyday life.

My hope is to share what has supported me while helping you discover what genuinely supports you.
